Rental Rates

Base Rate – $3,250

  • Seating up to 300 guests
  • Use of the facility indoor and outdoor
  • Tables and white folding chairs (for indoor use only)
  • 14 hour rental period (10am – 12am),  “last call” at 11pm, allowing you ample time for set up and clean up
  • Convenient on-site parking for guests
  • Gorgeous bridal suite

Additional Terms:

  • Event Deposit – $1,000 (due at signing)
  • Damage Deposit – $750 (due 60 days prior to event date)
  • Full payment due 60 days prior to event date
  • Rehearsal – $150 per hour (3 hour minimum)


  • Banquet license is required to serve alcohol at your event
  • Proof of license due 60 days prior to event
  • Alcoholic beverages may be served until midnight


  • Day-of-event insurance is required
  • Insurance must be no less than $1,000,000 endorsed to MGJA, LLC
  • Proof of insurance due 60 days prior to event
  • We recommended or as providers

Setup and Cleanup

  • You are responsible for anything you bring–decor/rentals and leftover food
