In-House Event Coordinator
The Neuwaukum’s In House Coordinators are here to make your day run smoothly. Here is how we do that:
We are here to answer any questions big or small you may have leading up to your event or in between planning meetings. Feel free to contact the coordinators, email preferred.
Prior to the Wedding
We will have 2 separate meetings one on one to discuss details about your day. From establishing timelines to discussing your dinner menu we will get all of the details figured out.
We also will lead and organize your rehearsal which is one hour long and will take place before your to your event date.
Day of Coordination
We will be onsite at time of arrival to help assist in making your day run smoothly by sticking to the timeline, greeting and assisting vendors as they arrive, coordinating the ceremony processional and more!
